Most clinic care practitioners and GP's show a very high level of care and skill and compassion. Reception staff are always extremely helpful and are polite as well as cheerful. Booking appointments in advance is poor impossible to book an appointment 2-3 days or weeks in advance. Making an appointment on the day is now only viable online as the telephone booking proves virtually impossible. Queuing outside is ridiculous as emergency appointments are rapidly taken up online or by the few patients who manage to get through by phone. Elderly patients who may not have internet access struggle to get appointments. Constantly being challenged by a single staff member regarding drugs prescribed by the GP along with dosages recommended by the prescribing GP. Repeats are always stressful!
